site shall indemnify Slayton Solutions Ltd. against
any claims arising from any injuries or deaths associated

installation, servicing, or testing of any products
by users of this Web site. Users of this Web site
shall also indemnify Slayton Solutions Ltd. against
any claims arising from the contracting of fiber
optic installations or service agreements, including
but not limited to any lost revenues or lost profits
arising from or in connection with the installation
or servicing and/or repairing of any products or
systems of any type, including but not limited to
fiber optic networks, electronic security systems,
computer network systems, telephone systems, and
industrial process systems,
Users of this Web site who perform the installation,
testing, manipulation, or handling of any products
or devices including but not limited to fiber optic
tools, testers, products, security devices, electrical
tools, or other devices do so at THEIR OWN RISK.
Slayton Solutions Ltd. periodically schedules system
downtime for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned
outages also may occur. Slayton Solutions Ltd. shall
have no liability for the resulting unavailability
of the Web site or for any loss of data or transactions
caused by planned or unplanned system outages, or
any outages of web host providers or the Internet
infrastructure and network external to the Web site.

Single User License
It is
the express intent of Slayton Solutions Ltd. that
each individual user of the Web site purchases a
use license. Purchasers of a use license for the

sole use. Any unusual use of a single password (including
but not limited to use of a single password on multiple
computers) will result in suspension of that password,

accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois

this Agreement must be brought in a state or federal
court in Illinois. In addition, you agree to submit
to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be
issued for any reason.

circumstances we do knowingly collect personally

age of 13, we will do so only with verified parental

learn that we have collected information from a
